Combat system of the RE4 is very good too. And it feels good both on kb+m and gamepad. No strafing. Slow movement. No moving and firing at the same time. Note that they work best when using the original tank controls, and you don't actually use mouse much ingame (game has static backgrounds so there's not really any use for the mouse, but you can use the mouse for all the menus and UI). #2.
