Live upgrade is available since v0.3.3, with the exception of upgrade from v0.5.0 to v0.6.0 and v0.7.0 to v0.8.0. There are two Rancher UIs, one is the Cluster Manager (old UI), and the other one is the Cluster Explorer (new UI).
