WebRealizing that Hart County Kentucky lacks a shelter for lost, unwanted, abused or neglected animals, we have joined together to form Animal Rescue Kare, LLC, a non-profit, federal-tax exempt animal welfare organization. It is our goal to build a shelter, to provide necessary care, to improve the quality of life, for the needy animals in our area.
