When i tried I wrecked people in pvp still though I haven't seen in the official forums whining about warriors with condemn. For me condemn really shines on aoe moment WW+Siege breaker+condemn is a really good combo for fury and for arms with sweeping strike. Bloodspawn, fury, potentates etc. There are still tanky sets out there, but those generally require more of an investment, which is good imho.
